Personal:

Mark was born in Santa Barbara, Ca and participated as a youth at Santa Barbara Swim Club (SBSC).  After the Olympics in 2008 Mark began coaching in Santa Barbara and in 2012 he became the head coach of the club.  Mark is married and has 2 young boys who love to swim as well.
